we are here to help

Knox Infolink relies heavily on a fantastic group of committed volunteers, without whom we could not provide the service that we do.

COVID has greatly affected our volunteer numbers and we are always seeking to add new members to our volunteer team.

Volunteering is an enriching experience and has given many people a powerful sense of personal fulfilment and growth.

We aim to provide a warm and inviting environment in which to learn new skills, meet new friends as we support those in the community.

Volunteer shifts are Monday – Thursday as follows:

Monday 9.45am – 12.45 pm - Afternoon 12.45pm – 3pm

Volunteer roles include:

  • Emergency Relief Interviewer/Community Information Worker
  • Community Information Assistant
  • Reception
  • NILS – worker (No Interest Loan Scheme)
  • Knox Community Christmas Support Worker
  • Driver/Transport

If you would like to volunteer with us, please submit your expression of interest by filling out our application form and returning to us by email or post. Once received we will contact you to organise an interview.
