Knox Infolink is managed by a Committee of Management, elected at a public meeting, according to its Rules of Association.

The voluntary committee is drawn from volunteers within Knox Infolink and members from the community. The Committee of Management ensures that the Centre works within current government legislation, and is  aware of any changes to legislation that are introduced.

The responsibility of the day-to-day operation and management of staff is overseen by a Centre Manager, supported by the Emergency Relief Coordinator.
